Important announcement: as per January 1, 2027, all private and public companies in the Republic of Mulondt with 25 or more employees are required to provide a pay equity report. An raw pay gap of 5% or higher should be properly explained with relevant and objective measures. 

The government of the Republic of Mulondt will start drafting the law that will be presented for further consultation in the upcoming months.
